Thanks for stopping by and for all your wonderful comments. I'm honored to have you here and I truly appreciate each of you more than you know!

The current situation definitely makes sense of the phrase "When life gives you lemons, make lemonade," but in this case, when Linda Williams' new Lemon Tree Groovi plate arrived in my mail box, I instead immediately made this peaceful scene, using only some of the elements on the plate...

I'm yet to do anything with the other elements, but I asure you they are equally beautiful, and I'll show you ASAP.

In these weird times with days merging into each other, it's sometimes a little difficult to remember that Easter is this weekend.  But with that in mind before the craziness really enveloped the globe, I designed this Easter card, which I then demoed in my Creative Crew Facebook group late last month.

Whether you celebrate our Savior's resurection or not, I hope the card brightens your day.

It's the first of the month, so it means it's time for a new challenge at Rainbow Card Challenge.  Our theme this month is Totally Tiffany, and please, if you must, use only a hint of a preferably neutral color.  After all, we are a monochromatic challenge!

The card I'm sharing today was a bonus card I created during my regular Facebook live demo earlier this month which was dedicated to the Groovi plate's designer, Josie Davidson.  There is absolutely no embossing involved, only piercing and snipping, hence the post title.  Grin.

More Embroidered Butterflies

Today's first card shows Tina's Embroidered Butterflies plate off in all its glory, while the second showcases a favorite from Linda in a whole new way...

Groovi Plates: Nested Scallop Squares (outer frame on top card), Tina's Embroidery Butterflies (used for outer embroidery placement on bottom card as well as main element of top one), and Occasions border
