Framed Roses

Hi everyone,

Thanks for stopping by and for all your wonderful comments. I'm honored to have you here and I truly appreciate each of you more than you know!

The card I'm sharing with you today is one which was on my UFO pile for months, until late last year, since when it's been patiently waiting in the to-blog pile...

Although the colors used aren't usually among my favorites, I think their softness, and indeed that of the roses, is perfect as we venture into the unknowns 2021 with a grateful heart while also holding holding on to precious memories.

Card: Unbranded white and Clarity's ivory parchment
Groovi Plates: Tina's Symmetrical Floral Round (all the framing) and Linda's Roses and Lace
Tools and embellishments: Groovi and Pergamano embossing, perforating, and cutting tools, Perga liner pencils, and rhinestones from my stash

Challenges...

#52 Embossing Heat/ Dry at The Flower Challenge
#381 Memories at CASology
AG at 613 Avenue Create

I'll be back soon with another creation, so I hope you'll join me then,

  1. Beautiful. Not my favorite colors either, but they go well together and there's a comfortable(in lack of better English-skills) softness to it, kind relaxing for the eyes. Nice.

  5. Jill and I both love roses. The orange is perfect for the color here. I once tested for Jackson And Perkins but my job interfered too much with the process. I had over thirty different roses, mostly teas. My absolute favorite color was Sterling Silver. White was next.

    Love, Hugs and Blessings,
    Jim

  10. Your work is always so lovely! The colors on this one are beautiful. Of course, I am from Georgia so anything "peachy" is going to appeal to me! Thanks for another stunning submission to our challenge at 613 Avenue Create!
