Lace Cushion Heart

Today's dive into the To-Blog pile features a card created with what were then two newly purchased plates... 

Card: Unbranded white, Clarity's clear parchment and designer paper
Groovi Plates: Josie's Prince William Lace Duet (frame) and Linda's Heart Sampler (heart and cushion corners)
Tools and embellishments: Groovi and Pergamano embossing, perforating and cutting tools, Perga color pens and Pergamano brads
