Thanks for stopping by and for all your wonderful comments. I'm honored to have you here and I truly appreciate each of you more than you know!
The card I'm sharing with you today is a redo of one I first did way back in 2019, when I'd only just started picot cutting. Take a look at it HERE. Way back then, less than 6 months after discovering Clarity and Groovi, I used a grid for the perforations which meant they looked rough!
Here's the redo from the summer of 2021, by which time, I'd long since gotten used to freehand perforating...
I'm sure you'll agree that it looks WAY better than the first attempt!
Card: Unbranded white, Clarity's designer paper and clear parchment
Groovi Plates: Nested Scallop Squares and Woodland Owls
Tools and embellishments: Groovi and Pergamano embossing, perforating and cutting tools, Perga color pens and Pergamano brads

ReplyDeleteIt sure does look great and I love the colors you used in this one too, love that framing around it too!
ReplyDeleteAnother stunner. And I was thinking that this could be used as a masculine card too. Love the shades of brown you used. Gorgeous!

Em, this is gorgeous! Thanks so much for sharing with us at A Place to Start! I think the background paper made the difference. That Pink gave the project a lot of life. Both are beautiful!
