It's the 1st of the month and that means it's time for a new challenge at House of Cards. This month we're asking you to use sequins, and or colors from the inspiration image...
I've taken the colors a step further to give an almost neon pop.

Spectrum Noir Markers: JG1 & CG3 (leaves), GB3 & GB4 (center), and BP1, BP3 & BP5 (petals)
